Cancellation and refunds

In short

The free check costs nothing. Paid plans are monthly, you can cancel at any time, and you are not charged again after you cancel. Paid plans are not open yet, so no payment is taken on this site today.

Cancelling

Email us from your account address and we will confirm in writing within one business day. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and no further charges are made.

Refunds

• First payment: if you ask within 14 days of your first payment and we have not yet delivered corrected copy, we refund it in full.
• Our mistake: if we charge you in error, or charge you after you cancelled, we refund that charge.
• Missed delivery: if we do not deliver a request within one business day and you no longer want it, tell us and we credit that month in proportion.
• Otherwise: months already started are not refundable, because the work is delivered during the month.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

How we deliver

Clinvio delivers digital reports and corrected copy by email or through your account. Nothing is shipped.

If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first. We reply within one business day.
