Agreement

These terms govern use of the services provided by SUPERBIO LABS LLC (“Clinvio”). By creating an account or using the services you accept them on behalf of your organization. A signed order form or agreement takes precedence where it differs.

What Clinvio is and is not

• Claim Guard, the status tracker and supplier verification are information tools based on published sources. They are not legal, regulatory or medical advice, and a clean scan or verified badge is not an approval, certification or guarantee.
• Clinvio verifies supplier documentation. Clinvio does not sell, buy, broker, store or ship drugs or ingredients; buyers and suppliers contract directly.
• Clinic messaging tools never provide diagnosis, dosing or treatment advice; clinical questions are routed to clinic staff.

Your responsibilities

• Keep credentials secure, enable two-factor authentication where required, and give access only to authorized staff.
• Enter accurate information. Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of facilities, listings and certificates; listings must be pharmaceutical grade and not for research use only.
• Clinics are responsible for obtaining and keeping valid consent from every person they message, honoring opt-outs, and for the content of their FAQ answers and campaigns.
• Do not upload patient information except through features covered by a signed business associate agreement, and do not upload malware or content you have no right to share.

Text messaging program

Clinics send texts through Clinvio only to people who agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the privacy policy.

Fees

Fees are listed on the pricing page or your order form, exclusive of taxes. Subscriptions renew for the same term unless cancelled before renewal.

Acceptable use and suspension

We may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the services, violates law or these terms, or exposes others to harm, and will notify you where practical.

Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Clinvio’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and Clinvio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination and data

Either party may end the subscription as the order form allows. On request after termination, we will export or delete your organization’s data, except records we must keep for legal or audit purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date; material changes are notified to account owners in advance.
